Calling for a Tow
When you call one of our friendly dispatchers, just tell us the make, model, year, and color of your car. Also, we will ask your present location as well as the destination where you would like to be towed. During the call, please let us know if you have any unique requirements, such as a deadline, emergency situation, etc. - we try to accommodate every request. At the conclusion of the call, we will tell you what driver we will dispatch, his/her ETA, and the charge for the tow. All of our tows are calculated based on locations and destination, due to mileage costs. However, we generally can tow any standard vehicle within the city for a flat rate of $65 plus tax (and additional mileage if over 5 miles).
